Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liners

I got this eyeliner in an urban decay gift set that I received for Christmas. I was instantly excited and eager to use it as I do love all things that are a bit girly and a bit glittery and from the outside this is exactly what this looked like. The colour that I received was ‘Baked’ which is a lovely gold colour. What is the heavy metal eyeliner?
