If you are thinking of buying one I would look at one in a shop before going ahead and purchasing so you can see the build quality for yourself. ...I have been using my vax once a month. It is amazing to see what the vax picks up even though the carpets don't look that dirty. I also noticed that the smell of the dog disappeared.
