I had seen various hand held steam cleaners advertised when my son went through a (very annoying) phase watching those TV shopping channels and have to say that I was suitably impressed with the results they seemed to achieve. I purchased this item recently and have been completely happy with it. It is very simple to use, the water tank comes away from the main body very easily and is easy to fill. It takes only a few seconds for the pressure to build and the steam that emits from the nozzle is great, and all you need to do it keep your finger on the button. It also emits the steam for about 30 seconds after you have taken your finger off the button. It cleans perfectly, I do both of my bathrooms with it, including the tiles on the wall.
