...them, so what better than VO5 Hot Oil! Although I have used the VO5 shampoo and conditioner products before and had not found them to be as good as expected, the Hot Oil is a completely different kind of product so I thought I'd give it a go.

There are three different kinds of Hot Oil that you can choose from: for fine/fragile hair, for coloured/damaged hair and one for normal hair. The ... ...buy either individually (for 99p) or in packs of three. If you have never used this product before I would obviously recommend that you only buy one and see how you find it, and ensure that you choose the correct oil for your hair type - otherwise it might leave it feeling greasy.

The oil is in 4 separate little tubes which are packed inside a cardboard box. The box is blue with VO5 hot oil written on the front. It is pretty normal looking, neither boring or dated, or exciting and modern. The little tubes are long thin plastic pockets, they are clear and squashy so you can feel the oil inside. They are quite simple and just have the VO5 logo and ‘hot ... ...the directions printed on the back so if you throw the box away you can still read these on each tube. The lid is a little plastic nodule that you twist and snap off which is easily done, and the oil can then be squeezed through the hole. '''What it promises…'''

VO5 hot oil treatment, that’s what to do!!
Last time I bought this it came in three small tubes that you had to heat in a cup of hot water, snip the top off, and apply to damp hair, leave to work for a couple of minutes and then rinse off.
Well, it’s the same principle now, except that this product now comes in a larger tube with up to 5 applications in it. Graduated markings down the side of the tube show you how much to use ... ...Oh well if this VO5 stuff doesn’t deliver miracles, and that is what I demand! It’ll be the virgin stuff for me………..extra virgin I’ll have you know!

...saw a recommendation for the VO5 Hot Oils in the beauty section of a magazine so decided to give them a go.
I bought them in a pack of 4 15ml tubes which are usually £3.98 each (though I had them from superdrug by one get one free at the time I bought them).
The instructions are priinted on the side of the box and they are really simple to follow. Before shampooing hair, warm one unopened tube of oil up in a cup of hot water to heat it up for one ... ...one minute, rinse thouroughly after a minute then wash your hair as normal. And it really was a s simple as that.
At first I was worried that there wouldn't be enough in the tube to cover my hair as it is nearly waist length and quite thick but it spread easily over all my hair. There is no chemical smell with the oils either which is very nice.
I would definately recommend these to anyone with problem hair. After the first try I instantly felt ...

...was surprised to find a vo5 hot oil hair treatment at a knock down price from £3.49 reduced down to £1.50.
The instructions seemed very easy to follow and most of the others were out of my price range at that time.
The 3 small golden tubes were in a small beige looking box and on it it stated enough in each tube for upto 4 washes.Value for money I thought. More than one pampering.
I usually enjoy showers so wash my hair often. I decided that I ... ...have lasted me 6 weeks in all, but I tended to be a bit heavy with it, although it goes a long way after warming the tube in warm water.The three tubes lasted my 5 weeks not the 6.The oil glides over the hair easy and a gentle rub in is all that is needed. I left mine on for a short period and then as per the instructions followed up with my usual shampoo.
So what did it feel like after? Did it live up to its name?

...£6, so I bought this VO5 Hot Oil Nourishing treatment for coloured hair, which was just under £3.
There are only three small bottles of treatment in this size packet, which it says can last you up to four washes each. I have spread out the treatments to once a week and this seems to work well enough.
The packet promises to increase the hair strength, protect it and reconstruct damaged hair. I'm not sure if it does this, but I do know my hair feels ... ...to brush it afterwards, so I would recommend it.
Basically, you heat the hot oil first (just by placing it in warm water for a minute or so), wet your hair, massage the hot oil into your hair for a minute, rinse, then shampoo and rinse as usual, so it does not involve too much extra time or work either. ...

My friend reccomended me Vo5 Hot Oil Hair Treatment and as usual i bought anything that people say is good...It is very quick and easy to use - dip in warm water for one min and rub through your hair and leave it for a min. ...out shopping i noticed the vo5 hot oil treatments. They were sold in packs of 3 and single packs. Since it was only 99p for one i thought i might as well give it a try. (The 3 pack was about £3.99)
Later on i read the packet the instructions were simple, place the tube in warm water for a minute then apply to wet hair for a minute before shampooing and conditioning as normal. I followed these instructions and although i iddnt think i would, i easily ... ...contains 15 ml) after i had used it i shampooed my hair and could tell a difference already. The shampoo foamed quickly and my hair felt great and even better after conditioning i could feel the diference even when my hair was wet.
When my hair was dry it felt softer and was more shiny than normal and it had made a real difference other than normal conditioning treatments. I now use this regularlly as it makes my hair feel great and i do feel that ...

VO5 hot oil treatments are designed to give an intensive moisture boost to dry and damaged hair, I was given a pack of these for Christmas and I can honestly say I'm glad I didn't spend my own money on them. I have long wavy, slightly frizzy hair that does unfortunatly suffer from dryness and split ends. Although the principle is good and the actual warm treatment feels pleasant on your scalp I didn't notice any difference to the condition of my ... ...heat for a couple of minutes in a cup of hot water. You then apply them to your hair before you shampoo and leave for one minute. I have to say, the smell is pleasant and the warmth of the product is nice and very relaxing. It feels quite thin, but a little goes a long way and my hair was completely covered in one application. After the treatment you wash your hair as normal.

i bouhgt hot oil treatment because it was on offer and there where three tubes of hot oil in one pack so i thought it was a good buy and my hair needed a good conditioning so i thought i'd give it a go. once i had put the hot oil on i started to wash my hair had i could feel the results straight away. my hair is really thick so it usually feels really hard and rough but after using hot oil treatment my hair felt soft and there were no fizzy bits ...

This is a brilliant little conditioning treatment, an absolute essential to take away on a beach holiday!
I make sure I always take a couple of these on holiday with me as my hair tends to get quite dry due to the sun, sand, sea water and smokey nightclubs! But this completely moisturises my hair in an instant!
You don't even need to use conditioner after you've shampooed, but if you do your hair will be unbelievably fantastically smooth and shiny!
... ...try to use this treatment at least twice a month. It's brilliant for people who regularly used heat styling appliances on their hair.
Overall a fantastic product, but I have only ever seen it being sold in singles, would be great to see it sold in larger bottles with some sort of measuring cup. ...
