Advantages: Variety of use and sounds, educational, bright lights, sturdy but easy to assemble Disadvantages: No volume control, voice becomes annoying after a while.
We purchased this toy as a Christmas present for our son. He was 8 months old at the time and crawling. We initially gave him the steering wheel section as this can be placed on the floor and he loved the noises and singing it makes. Unusually the voice is an English male unlike most toys which tend to have American women singing and talking. The downside is he is very loud and there are no volume controls so it can drive you mad after a while.
... ...a rocker too at that age with some help from us for support and the rock motion and he loved it. Unfortunately we did not get a lot of use out of it as a rocker and his older cousin and some of the other children who would visit would assume it was a normal ride on and would try to drag it along on the rockers so we had to quickly convert it to a bike to stop it bacoming damaged.
