Before I start I must say I was planning to getting around to writing a review on this company at some point, but noticed that another review had already been written on the same topic. Valueshop.co.uk is an online shop specialising in the sale of cartridges for printers. They sell both original and remanufactured cartridges, some of which are at reasonable prices. Very impressive. Very good price and quick delivery. I ordered a Samsung laser printer on Sunday evening and it arrived on Wednesday morning. Using Valueshop's offer of free delivery on this particular product, I expected to receive it towards the end of the stated 5 to 7 day delivery window, or even sometime after. I suggest you avoid buying consumables from this company. The six of ink cartridges they sent me had very short expiry dates on them. After my 1st two emails I got a reply. I was instructed to return the goods for replacement, which I did. I'm still waiting. I fired off two more emails, I'm still waiting. I tried phoning, only to get a message saying there is a fault with the line.

I placed an order online, which I decided to cancel almost immediately (due to finding a better price elsewhere). As directed on the website, I emailed the company to cancel the order. I received no reply from my email, and 3 days later the item was delivered. I emailed a further two times to request a return, and again no reply. In the end I just sent them the item back. Hopefully they will refund the cost. Very poor customer service in my experience
