Advantages: Best of both worlds - Exciting to drive & Practical at the same time Disadvantages: Thirsty, looks a little too much like a "normal" Zafira
...fairly reasonable at the local Vauxhall dealer - coming in at about £150 for a minor & £250 for a major service. The cambelt needs changing every 36,000 miles, but costs a fairly reasonable £160. The dealer has been OK - they don't seem the most knowledgable about the GSi version of this car, and I've had to do a bit of research on the web to get all the answers I needed.

What a car!!
Power, Room for 7, 34mpg (trip computer)
Had it if 6 months 6k mls (bought 2004reg, 30k mls).
Pros: Smooth 2 litre engine with no need to change down, even with 7 paxs. Apply the power then the turbo makes it fun, and overtaking is much safer.
Cons: Rain water runs off tailgate onto head when opened - stored up in rear rubbing strip.
Front fog lights are too dim to be called driving lights.
Costs: Front Tyres replaced at £162 (Yokohama S drives 225/45 Y17).

We've fitted 6 people, 4 cases and 2 pushchairs in this car and is great for all the shopping.
The car looks great and ...

Advantages: Seven seats Disadvantages: not good on fuel

It was a very fun and amazing car to drive ...
