...so finall I decided on Veet cold strips. The first time I used it, was in the car on the way to some relatives house - it worked fine! But the disadvantage was that it didn't remove all the hair properly even though I used it correctly, having had experience with hot waxing. I've only used Veet's waxing strips once from a product sample they ever so kindly sent me. I can't describe my relief at not spending my money on such an ineffective and useless waste of packaging. I tried it on my legs after a few days growth, it removed maybe 3 hairs, was painful and smelled really odd. The cleansing wipes included left me reeking of a hospital ward.
