Advantages: Leaves your legs feeling very smooth Disadvantages: Does not stay on that well in the shower
...prickly, so when I saw Veet in - shower hair removal cream advertised on T.V I thought I’m going to give this one a go and see how I get on.
I brought the Green one which is for Dry Skin and of I went.
Veet in shower cream dissolves the hair so no need to shave.
~ How to apply ~
You apply the cream before you enter the shower, you do this by using the sponge that comes with it, apply the cream to the coloured side of the sponge which is the soft ... ...points then negative ones.
Veet in shower comes in 2 different varieties:
Shea Butter and Lily petals - for dry skin, which protects and moisturises your skin, this is the one I have and I does smell lovely and fresh. This is the green one.
Wheat-germ Oil and Orchid - for normal skin, this is the pink one.
Never leave the cream on for longer then 6 minutes.
And do not apply before 72 hours of each application.
Oh yes another fact I would like ...

Advantages: Painless, removed hair, made my skin fresh Disadvantages: None
I have used Veet products in the past but I was new to the Veet In-Shower hair removal cream. I bought the "Lotus milk and jasmine" scented hair removal cream from Superdrug for £4.99 recently which it a reasonable price for a 150ml tube.
The packaging -
The tube is packaged very appealingly along with a sponge which is designed with one soft side for applying the cream and one rougher side for removing the cream afterwards.
What it claims -
... ...designed to effectively remove hair while you shower."
Areas of the body it is designed for -
The In-Shower hair removal cream is designed for the legs, underarms and bikini line but not for the face, head, breast, perianal or genital areas.
Smell -
I found the smell very nice and appealing - it isn't too strong and overpowering.

Advantages: Can't think of any! Disadvantages: Smelly, does not remove all hair!
...in advance. The Veet In-Shower hair removal cream comes with a small sponge which has a soft side and a rougher side, (I was using the Pink one for normal skin) I had to apply it thickly onto dry skin with the softer side of the sponge without rubbing it in and leave it on for one minute before entering the shower. Now comes the difficult part, it says that you have to enter the shower but that the cream has to stay on your body for another two minutes. ... ...flame which had shrivelled up under extreme temperature! Advantages: A great easy no mess way of shaving without the razor. Disadvantages: Doesn't stay on that well in the shower
I had seen it advertised on tv but I never 100% believe everything thats said. But while having a low day and in need of a pamer I went off to tesco and this product was on special offer of £4 so I thought why not.
I bought both this one and the blue one.

10/10 for smell.
The cream is very easy to apply, its not runny or thick, it's just right and spreads really well too, this helps put it on quicker, no mess.
10/10 for quickness.
I popped it on my legs first then stood in the bath ready to get my shower, but noticed that it didn't stay on to well when wet, pottered around sorting my things out waiting for the minutes to be up. You wait no longer than 6 minutes and ...

Advantages: Great for removing thick long hairs (if u let it get that long!!) Disadvantages: Useless on stubble, and the sponge hurts!!
Well where to start? Im more of a razor girl, no cream has ever worked for me! Either its too tricky to use or my hair is too stubborn for it to work!! So when i saw this advertised on the tv i had to give it a go!
Costing £5.99, the cream comes in several varieties; one for normal skin, one for dry skin, and one for sensitive skin. I automatically went for the sensitive one, as quite a lot of these creams are harsh on the skin anyway. Advantages: Smooth feeling afterwards nice smell Disadvantages: Doesnt Work
Veet I am writing a review on the product Veet In shower hair removal cream.
The Packaging
Veet Use a bright pink /green and white coloring on the tube with blue and white text.
On the front there is the very large logo, which takes up half the tube, and below it says:
In Shower Hair removal cream for normal skin. Includes Lotus milk and Jasmine. 150 ml.
On the back of the tube there is all the precautions on using the product and contact information.
... ...didn’t work for me. Veet usually works for me but I can say it did leave my legs feeling as smooth after wards.
So… saying it worked abit on me I would suggest give it ago maybe it’s just me, at least I got it free so I didn’t loose out any. But I probably will try it again next tie and hopefully I will be abit more successful.
Size 150 ml = 4.45 in boots.

...pf product I remember using veet - known then as imaac (same company ) when i was 13 and not allowed to shave! Advantages: smooth but not smelly! Disadvantages: slips of in the shower!
...the ad for the new veet shower cream I was tempted as with summer on the way I am sick of shaving my legs in order to show them off and fancied a longer term solution. I bought the veet in-shower cream for dry skin (in the green tube) which is scented with shea butter and lily, thankfully putting an end to the nasty pong of the old immac cream!! The packet contans some intrustions and a small oval shaped sponge which is smooth on one side and rough ... ...now.
So armed with my veet and sponge and after reading the instructions several times I began to apply the cream using the smooth side of the sponge. I wasnt really sure how thick to apply the cream so just smoothed it over my legs and it didnt look too thick as I could still see the skin a bit! The only bad thing about this is that the sponge is really tiny and it does take quite a while to spread it on....the cream is a good consistancy though ...

...money.
That secret is Veet hair removal cream. If, like me you either don't have time or the inclination to go to the salon (as I believe it will just hurt way way too much) I find this Veet cream is a miracle worker. I use the three minute hair removal cream which takes about....yes, you've guessed it, three minutes.
The Veet cream comes in a tube, its best described as looking like a tube of toothpaste with a screw on lid and then it's made of ... ...go on evenly and smoothly. Veet actually call this item a "Perfect Touch" spatula and I can see why.
The cream is very easy to use and apply, basically, just spread it over the hair/area that you want to get rid of. Then leave the cream on for 3 minutes and wash off. The cream actually works by dissolving the hair, if you look at it while it is working you can actually see the hair strands curling up and coming out of the hair shaft/follicle. As ...

Advantages: I cant think of any! Disadvantages: mylegs weren't smooth after use!
I have always shaved my legs and it's always annoyed me how the next day I can feel the stubble again, and waxing has never appealed as you have to let the hair grow back before it can be done again. So on seeing this product which claims that you'll have a few weeks of smooth legs, and it can be used on short stubble, I thought great it's the product I've always wanted! Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Depends on person though, didn't work at all for me.
...(disgusting, I know!), I'd give Veet In-Shower Hair Removal Cream a go. Firstly, the price was extremely good, I got it for £1 (my professional waxing sessions costs around £25) from the local shop, but it is available in most supermarkets and pharmacists at around £2-£3, which is a good price, but is it worth it? After reading the instructions, which are stupidly small, I began applying the cream, and the smell was revolting! Honestly, it was horrible ... ...the product smell nicer, of roses or violets or anything nicer then the current smell. So I applied the cream to my legs, and waited the 2 minutes said on the tube, after around 1 minute the product began stinging my legs quite badly, which got me scared, but kept thinking that waxing feels worse then this. The tube said not to keep the cream on for more then 6 minutes exactly, still not quite sure why 6 minutes exact, but getting worried it'll kill ...

...last weekend and found the Veet for £3.00 for 150ml in Ethel Austins, the price seemed quite reasonable to me as it was almost £6.00 at the supermarket.

Advantages: Skin generally smooth after use, apart from patches Disadvantages: Left legs patchy and sore for a while
The instructions for this product were easy to follow. However, despite being fragranced, it still had that nasty chemical smell. Putting on for a few minutes prior to showering, then rubbing off in shower with sponge supplied, would be easy and efficient, but unfortunately I didn't find this very effective.
