The soya mince soaks up the flavour of the surrounding sauce which will take away its bland taste. You can also use firm minced tofu as an alternative to the soya mince. I would also recommend the use of organic carrots and celery for the simple fact that these veggies in my opinion taste way better than their non-organic cousins.

As a vegetarian on a diet, I am always trying to find tasty meals to eat that don't make me feel like I am on a diet, this dish is PERFECT for doing this as it's full of flavour and fills me up, yet is not fattening and all ingredients are good for my health. I am a vegetarian and have tailored and adapted this salad to my needs and preferences.
As a vegetarian,I first found the recipe in a magazine and it is apparently the salad Jennifer Aniston lunches on daily but unfortunately it contained meat...so I first replaced the meat with quorn and then with tofu but I now eat without either as I think it tastes just as good and it's even lower in calories than it was before!
I have also changed some ... ...salad leaves.

Ingredients
Paneer (INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE, you can buy the readymade packs) Corn Flour
Dark Soya Sauce
Chillies (red and green ones for colour; use chillies according to how hot you will like it)

...This is a simple vegetarian recipe that tastes really good. Probably better for the cooler months, as it is a “stew”.
Right, the ingredients you will need are as follows:
1 Large Onion
4 - 5 Medium Sized Carrots
5 – 6 Medium Sized Red Potatoes (I prefer the red, you can use any kind really)
Celery Stalk
5 Tomatoes (I prefer vine)

Fried Mozzarella Ingredients:
- 300g/11oz mozzarella cheese
- oil for deep frying

...but seeing as it is Vegetarian Week I have adapted my own personal recipe for Quiche to share with you all. So, firstly you will need a Quiche dish (one of those one's with the curvy bumps all around it!) and the following ingredients.
PASTRY
6oz Plain Flour
3 oz margarine
A little water
QUICHE
1 Onion
½ red pepper ½ green pepper
6 button mushrooms
½ pint milk
2 eggs
3oz Cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
GARNISH

This is a good one to have with an Italian salad, stuffed olives,garlic ciabatta and Chianti (of course!)

2lb of large tomatoes
1 med Aubergine
4 tablespoons Olive oil
1 large courgette, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped

I am not a vegetarian, however nor am I lover of meat. Whilst I will eat it, I am also just as happy to eat a meal consisting of other foods. Tabbouleh is one of my favourites.
The main ingredient is bulgar wheat, or sometimes spelt burghal. Normally I am not a fan of lentils and things like this but having ttried it at a friends I was very impressed. It has a slight chewy texture to it, however it is also very tender. ... ...that has been partially boiled then dried. The Turkish word Bulgar means bruised grain which is why it is also sometimes confused with crushed wheat. Bulgar wheat is very similar to cracked wheat in consistency and texture, but is lower in fat and has more nutrients than cracked wheat. I can across this receipe a while ago and preparation time is only 15 minutes and the cooking time is only 10 minutes - quick and tasty thats how i like it!

This recipe is for veggies and can also be used as an accompaniment to a main course meal.
I usually cook way to much. This recipe would serve about 4 people if big portions or 6 people if medium to small.
I always prefer my own cooked egg fried rice because, it's fresh, I know exactly what goes in to it and also I think it tastes much better than supermarket brands. But that's just my opinion.
