Reading these reviews made it a bit scary ordering all our wet room goods (4 wet rooms), however we decided to risk it. I have to say Victoria Plaumb did perform! all the stuff arrived undamaged and on time. The delivery company was great and phoned and texted to arrange/confirm delivery. However, what does feel really dodgy is that you get no paperwork! - no email reciept, no online account to check - nothing. So make sure you print your summary page before pressing the order button. i miss ordered two items and it was somewhat painful to send the goods back, but after 5 phone calls it was sorted. I heaved a sigh of relief at the end - goods are good quality eg 8mm shower glass.

Dreadful company, deliveries failed by being days late, wrong or missing bits sent, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PLUMBERS/INSTALLERS BOOKED. Incompetent, impatient, rude and unhelpful staff. Web site and prices are all very good but from then on it goes down the sink.

I chose victoriaplumb as it was recommended by a plumber who had used it to purchase a 'one off' item. I used it for a bathroom suite. shower and towel warmer. As with previous comments, the web site indicates a delivery time of 5-7 days. Everything arrived within the time specified. However the bath panel was cracked, this was replaced two weeks later and after having the toilet installed, it was found to have a hairline crack. They have agreed to replace this, however, following several calls to 'customer service' dept,where they have told me it's in the hands of the delivery company. The delivery company know nothing about it! Victoriaplumb have not responded to my emails on the matter.
