BE WARNED....I wouldn't go near this comany with a barge pole! We bought a shower door from them and had it fitted by qualified bathroom fitters...no problem with the fitting of the door but when you try and use the shower water pours out the bottom of it, its clear the seal provided is inadequate. We contacted the company to request a new seal be posted to us, guess what? they dont want to know, they say they have had no probs with any other door ...

Service with Victoria Plumb was relatively quick. Their returns system is very expensive as you have to pay £49.95 to return goods and then the same for a replacement. the courier who delivers does not collect, so you have to pay twice, which is a rip off. Customer service staff are very unhelpful and will not call you back. Whilst this product looks great, it is very difficult to keep clean due to the shape of the toilet bowl (ledge shape) . Bought 2 Brent & Riva Suite sinks and toilets plus the Kube bath. Very poor quality fittings and appalling packaging (lierally arrived in cardboard boxes with no poystyrene or impact absorbing packaging). One sink had a large sliver of enamel missing and had obviously left the factory that way because there were no reminants in the box. After one week of fitting one of the toilet "push flush" buttons jammed and repeatedly does so .. made of very ...
...silicon flanges missing so could not be used for 2 weeks whilst we waited for replacements to be sent. The Kube bath came with a very flimsy stand and no screws to attach to the base plate, the pre-drilled holes described in the instructions did not exist. Victoria Plumb do not pass on the 2.5% VAT Reduction. We were about to order a bath and 2 showers from Victoria Plumb and e-mailed them to ask if they would be reducing their prices to reflect the VAT reduction. They came back promptly and said that all prices on the website now reflected the Vat reduction and that the prices on the website were correct. The prices are still the same as before. All they seem to have done is increase their price. So when seeing all the negative reviews along with the extra profit taking we will be placing our order elsewhere. ...
