...best quality then plz try Viewsonic VA1916 . Its cheap and best. I havecompared its picture qualities with both dell ad sont LCD and i fopund that VA1916 stand in the same row. If you want to buy a cheap and best LCD monitor i will suggest this one. Its just about of 4 kg. It has a dynamic color booster technilogy which makes the picture feel so real.
