Advantages: Great Simple Gameplay, Graphics Disadvantages: Repetitve, No Online Play
...if anyone remembers the oiginal Virtua Tennis games fondly from either the arcade, or the Dreamcast, then you'll instantly be able to pick up this game and enjoy it. It's very similar to the originals, and if you liked them, you should definitely go out and get this. The core gameplay is the same as it has always been. For those of you who haven't played the original games I'll do my best to describe the game to you throughout the review.
Graphics:
... ...you who have played a Virtua Tennis game before, you will instantly recognize the simple gameplay. You simply position your player for the shot, press a shot button (Top Spin, lob, Slice) and aim the shot with the Analog Stick. Advantages: good graphics Disadvantages: World tour can be hard
Virtua Tennis is a good game for the psp and i believe it has outstanding graphics.
When I started playing it was fun but soon i got frustrated becasue the world tour was hard because you have to get the woman and the man to rank 1 and i had to train a lot with both the man and woman. But i just played more and finally got to where i wanted to.

Introduction
Virtua Tennis is quite a good game not no brilliant. If you do decide to buy this game I recommend playing the World Tour straight away, because you get to create your own character.

There are plenty of game modes on this game: Quick Match, Tournament, Exhibition, World Tour, Ballgames and Multiplayer. In this review I will only say about the best mode in this game: The World Tour. You start with creating a male ... ...activity, like play a tournament, do a training activity or rest. In a week you can only use either your male player or your female player, unless you play a mixed doubles tournament. But then again, you can only play as 1 of your players of course, and the other will be played by the AI. One of the earlier games which was realised for the psp. It is basically the same as its brothers on the playstation 2.
The aim of the game is good and once you are into the game you really want to achieve it. The aim is to become the worlds number one with both your made up man and woman. You train them and then play with them in tournaments to make their rating go up. To get them to no. 1 you have to play for a long time and be patient. You can ... ...and better clothes. this is good fun as you win money and get higher rating and you just want to get better and better.
To become the best it does take a long time but if you get into the game you can easily become the best. The multiplayer is good but there are slight faults as you seem to be moving much slower than usual. The sound on certain courts is awful and you have to turn the sound off. The court makes a high pitched noise as the players ...
