Overall, I am happy with this product and have no real complaints. The pen and mouse need a bit of setting up via a control panel to customise them to your own requirements...but well worth doing!! This product has made the pen/ brush tools in photoshop and Illustrator much easier to control and is less clumsy than trying to draw with a mouse. The graphics pad unit is the same size as a mousemat (so fits nicely on my desk and doesn't need to be moved when the pen is not in use).
