Whilst I am not an avid dieter, or a weightwatcher participant (though I do watch my weight), I sometimes eat weightwatchers products. This seems like the easy option sometimes when I can`t be bothered to cook (weightwatchers ready meals) or when I don`t fancy nuts as a snack (cookies). ...etc, I find that weight watchers are a excellent well know brand and one that you can always trust. They give you value for money and with their point system you can have whatever you want and not feel guilty that you have eaten something you shouldn't have, as long as you have enough points.
