On my own Families personnel experience, I just cant bring myself to give Welcome Finance a good rating. 8 years ago now, we took out a personnel loan with them, and also financed the purchase of a second hand car through them as well. My own personal experience with Welcome Finance was horrible. I used them because I was new to the UK and just had no credit, not bad credit. I took out a loan with them for £2000 in June of 2007. After being made to take the payment protection and told I could just take it off if I didn't want it later. The interest on the loan was something astronomical like 54%. I ended up out of employment, and then my 15yr old died which left me unable to even ...

i find Welcome Financial Services is one of the best companies you can find it takes no time to process you application and they explain everything very clearly to u so u know how much you will be paying and what u r paying for. the only "bad" thing about it is the interest rates, they are too high other than that its the best company to try if u tryin get a loan or car or whatever you looking for ...

Note: These Guys are Brokers - Not Lenders - I had applied for finance through a Broker on the internet for 10k, 2 days later these guys phone me up and said they couldnt get me 10k, but said that they could get me 3k @ 199.96stg per mth for 36mths!!!!! Welcome Finance are awful and should be ashamed of themselves. They prey on people who have problems obtaining credit and charge the earth. They also continuously perform searches on you, which affects your credit score. Whilst my loan is running, I have made no late payments etc so no problems as such with them, apart from when I accidentally cancelled my direct debit. I called them 6 days before payment was due to explain, and they said this was ...
...months payment and sent out a new mandate form. A month later, I received a default fee notice, charging me £20 for a bounced direct debit. When I called to ask what the hell they were on about as my account was up to date with no late payments, they told me tough luck and they were within their rights to charge me!!! As soon as I am able to, I plan to get a cheaper loan and pay the b*****ds off. I would seriously not recommend anyone takes a loan ...

i bought a car from welcome which cost around £3000 which was over priced for the car i bought the final balance is for £7000. The car wiper motor went on fire a day after i picked it up after a lot of argument they replaced the motor not the car and would not take the car back as requested. This car has broke down every month and nothing has been included in the very expensive warranty i had to take iv spent over £3000 in parts and labour not including ...

Welcome Fiancial Services....well what can I say about them. I have had dealings with them for a number of years. I'm probably on my 4th loan with them now. They will finance people with less then a perfect credit score, as well as the perfect score, but their APR can be very high. On the upside, the more you deal with less the more the APR reduces.
