    Advantages Advantages Exposes asylum system shambles,excellent detail, cogently argued

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Quite expensive for its size

    This is possibly not an opinion that will attract many reads or make many friends. In the light of last week's tragic events,however,this book took on a definite relevance and deserves a much wider audience than it is likely to receive. 'Welcome to the Asylum' is published by the Centre for Policy Studies, a body regarded as on the right by fashionable Guardian/Independent journalists but is in fact neither right nor left, but a libertarian collection of individuals committed to reducing the role of government within the lives of individual citizens.
