Advantages: small. light, fast and plenty of space Disadvantages: none....
A few months before Christmas my laptop decided to be an utter git and my hard drive crashed. I lost hundreds of photo's, my whole itunes library and two years worth of uni work. After getting a new hard drive fitted I laboriously set about uploading all my music onto it and pleading with itunes to let me download all my purchased music (all £150 worth) again for free, managed to find some old back up copies of photo's and work as well. All was not ... ...the benefits of backing things up on your computer and so I decided rather than buy hundreds of discs I would invest in a very shiny new external hard drive……
Price I was looking to buy just a 60 GB hard drive but after looking around a bit I found that I could buy 120 GB Western Digital hard drive for exactly the same price as a 60 GB, so logically I bought the 120 GB one for just under £80. Considering the price I could have got more storage for ...

Advantages: Small, light, easy to use. Disadvantages: Difficult to open packaging
This is a great little hard drive. Its small, light and very portable. I bought one for work a few months ago, and have since purchase 5 more for work use and one for me to use at home :) 3 of the siz drives are used on Mac OS X with no problems, and the other 3 are used as portable storage or for backups. Advantages: *Compact *High speed *No need for additional power adapter Disadvantages: None to say about
This little beauty is small (about 5 inches in its longest dimension) yet perfectly formed. I've been using mine for months now and its not backed out on me yet. I find it most ideal because, although there is the option of buying a power adaptor to power the unit, it can be powered via the USB cable supplied with it. Adding to its neat design, the HD is very quiet and It doesn't seem to get hot (or even luke-warm) while running.
The massive 120GB ... ...between £77 and £97 GBP on the Ciao.co.uk market (roughly $139 USD)
Although you can buy many external Hard drives with double or even triple the capacity than the WD-Passport, I'd recommend this over all of them due to its slim design, low power requirements, ease of use AND the quality of the product itself. A robust investment for people on the move or backing up data from any machine. ...
