Advantages Advantages Bags specific to age of cat, no leftovers

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

I’m sitting here, typing away in the comfort of my own home - but I’m still trying not to make any noise … why is this you may ask? The answer quite simply is because a) our two cats are ‘sleeping’ in the same room and b) I have in front of me a rather ‘noisy’ bag of Whiskas Adult Chicken & Vegetable Nuggets … It’s a bit like trying to unwrap some of your favourite sweets in your pocket, hoping no one else will hear the rustling because your down to your last couple - not that I will be fighting for a place by their feeding bowls! Chloe and Kizzi are brother and sister and are 9½ years old ... more

Advantages Advantages Cat has lovely soft fur again.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None so far.

I would like to review Whiskas Senior complete cat biscuits, which I have been feeding to my cat Jet for about the last six months. This flavour is lamb, as the only ones available in my local Tesco were lamb or a fishy variety and my cat will not eat processed fish. No, I am not having a Loopymum moment and I am not trying to send you to sleep, I have been impressed by the product and in true Ciao style I wanted to share my thoughts. Firstly let me say that I have not eaten the cat biscuits myself. That would be wrong on so many levels, not least of which, denying my cat her food. While I am ... more

Advantages Advantages Nutritious, long life, plenty of flavours

Disadvantages Disadvantages Pricey compared to some.

Whiskas is carefully prepared with good, wholesome ingredients. Whiskas spend time, energy and money researching their products and making some of the best products available. Their is such a wide variety of products available for cats and my cat who is fussy just loves Whiskas. Because my cat is fussy he likes change in his diet and variety and Whiskas provide just that change and variety that Cuddles, my cat likes. I've tried feeding him on other foods like Go cat, Arthurs or some of the cheaper none named brands, but out of his favourites Whiskas stands out. Whiskas gives my cat the taste ... more

if you want to treat your kitten, then why not try whiskas kitten complete, with chciken, turkey and mini nuggets with milk. My kitten is 7 months old now and loves these treats. As soon as he hears me shake the box, he starts meowing for them. These treats are biscuits. They are small in size, so they are easy to eat and digest too. The biscuits provide nutrients for your kittens. The outside is crunchy and the inside is soft filled with milk. They are rich in calcium, which is good for there teeth and bones. There are plenty of vitamins and minerals in the biscuits too. The biscuits have 4% ... more

Advantages Advantages All a cat needs

Disadvantages Disadvantages Never found a resealing bag.

We have three cats and up until about two years ago fed them both tinned and dry food. But none are big eaters and we found during the warmer months the tinned food was going hard and dry in the bowl. If you have ever been fortunate enough to experience this smell you will know it is not a pleasant one. So after checking with the vet we decided to switch to just dry food. We tried various brands, types and flavours. Anything from Hills Science to Tesco own. They had their favourites but generally ate them all except Kitekat, which just sat for days in their bowls. Then about 6 months ago I ... more

Our 10 year old cat Parker was our first baby but he does get a lot less attention with two children in the house and is no longer no. 1 although still very much loved! A few years ago he had a touch of gingivitus where his teeth was a little orange around the gumline and we had to brush his teeth for a time. We have used dry cat food for some years now and currently are feeding him Whiskas 100% nutrition with Dental Protection Plus in order to stop the teeth decay getting worse. I prefer dry food as it is in my opinion less messy and also less smelly than tinned/wet food and stays fresher for ... more

My house mate and I have seven cats between us!! They eat tinned meat, mine whiskas and whiskas sachets and hers felix, well we are all different arent we cats are no different to us lol I give them biscuits aswell, its handy if you are going out for the night, where tinned meat tends to go off quickly especially in summer time or in a warm house, and they wont eat it when it starts to do that, well would you? Our cats eat any biscuits to be honest, but I notice that these go a lot quicker than most of the other brands I put down. They are smaller sized biscuits, though why the cute little ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Can be expensive compared to other brands

My 18 month old tabby, Taz (yes, named after the whirlwind monster) is an awkward so and so when it comes to food. Many times we have laid the latest tasty morsel in front of her Majesty, only for her to turn her nose up and walk off. So, we think, Fine. She'll sneak back and eat it when she gets hungry. Oh no she doesn't you know. So, we were delighted when the new pouches came out beacuse after the first spoonful of a can, she is bored and won't eat the rest. Pouches are a God-send, a one-serving culinary delight and not too much mess either. We prefer the Whiskas pouches because the chunks ... more

Hello! I’m Katy, a beautiful four year old Jack Russell-cross-Chihuahua dog. You may have read opinions by my Mummy, Karen(UK) or my cat sister, Shady. Well, I thought it was time I got in on the act, and seeming as that pesky cat has taken over my windowsill for the day, I thought I’d have a sneaky peek at the computer – and while I’m here, I wanted to review Whiskas Complete. Yes, I know, it’s cat food and I’m a dog. Well, that’s never stopped me before. Whenever Shady is safely out the way, I sidle over and taste her yummy food, because hers is much ... more

Advantages Advantages Mix them in with your normal cat food to encourage fussy cats to eat them

Disadvantages Disadvantages Very salty and dry

After tasting the actual cat food I decided that it may be wise to taste the biscuits. I was in a bit of a mad mood that day. I happened to have the meaty biscuits this time, usually I get the fishy ones but they had run out. These biscuits don’t really taste of anything. They are very salty though, I now know why the cat drinks five bowls of water afterwards. Very crunchy too, you have to chew them for quite a long time. The cats point of view, well, it depends what sort of mood he is in. If he’s in one of those “I’m not eating that rubbish” type of moods with ... more
