Advantages: Good if you Don't work and think about where parcel will be delivered.
Disadvantages: Cannot give a time or day (but that is what service is agreed with company you ordered from)

Disadvantages: Their ability to deliver, poor customer service, very unreliable due to subcontract delivery system

Reality need to get a grip on it!

I recently placed an order with Yes661 who unfortunately use Reality/White Arrow couriers. There was a card left through my letterbox from Reality stating that they could not leave the parcel because a signature was required, although I was'nt told this when I placed the order. Treat drivers as bad as there customers

Advantages: Better than been out of work
Disadvantages: Had the chance to meet lots of good people

Disadvantages: They don't Tell the Truth

...on the following Monday but White Arrow attempted to deliver on the Friday before but nobody was in because of the promised Monday delivery. White Arrow assured that they would still deliver as arranged on the Monday. After a 10 hour wait - no delivery. Round and round in circles on the phone to the 2 companies is a story too long to tell. Both companies blame each other and the packages eventually arrive. Back at the call centre, the manager who was abrupt and annoyed about being interrupted from her coffee said that it was not her fault etc but wouldn't let me speak to the depot to arrange collecting the parcel myself. WHAT ARE YOU EXPECTING WHEN YOU DO MAIL ORDER

Advantages: Its a free delivery or collection
Disadvantages: not being able to please everybody !!!!

Most customers seem to forget that reality have been chosen by the mail order company’s to deliver the parcels they use them because they are a free delivery service (that is why they can not specify day or time). most of the mail order company’s will tell the customer what they want to hear cos they want to make that sale they will say it will come on a specific day and time, then leave it to reality to sort out. A misuse of the term "Delivery Service".

Advantages: Lots of companies don't use them.
Disadvantages: A lot do.

...but in comparrison to Reality White Arrow, they are masters in their field. Come back Royal mail/Parcelforce, all is forgiven! Day 1 (tuesday)- Missed delivery. Card left. Rang number on card who told me they could not give day or time for redlivery, but that it would be within 3 days. Asked for alternate delivery address to be used, told they do not offer this service. Best suggestion they had was "to get a neighbour to wait in". Asked if I could ...
