Advantages: Cheap prices, easy to use website, free fast delivery and excellent service throughout. Disadvantages: None - (could not get through by phone but had no problems with e-mail).
Needed a new washing machine and came across Whitebox on the web with a price of between £100-200 cheaper than I could buy locally for the machine we were interested in. Was a little apprehensive reading some of the reviews but had nothing to worry about.
Although I was unable to make contact by phone I did e-mail Monday lunchtime and within half an hour had received a response to my question. The website is very easy to navigate and I placed the ... ...had received the automated confirmation and 15 minutes later a personal confirmation that delivery would be Wednesday and Hotpoint would confirm that by text on Tuesday.
Hotpoint confirmed my 3 hour slot as between 10 and 1pm today. The machine duly arrived at 11.15am complete with a very helpful driver who showed concern over bringing the machine through the house in the wet weather.
Although a 9kg machine it does not look bulky or out of place ...

Advantages: Great prices and products,easy to use website and free and fast delivery. Disadvantages: Takes a long time to get through to a real person.
...have any real concerns about Whitebox.co.uk and i think that they are a great website its just i think that they could definately improve the customer suport line and make sure that they get back to people if they cant answer the calls. This is to ensure that people know what is happening with their orders and for peace of mind, as it may put some people off not being able to get through to someone.
It's definately worth ordering your electricals ...
