i purchased a conservatory some 4 months ago and was promised delivery on 30th july this did happen but then on the 1st august i received another delivery on checking the parts i discovered several parts missing so i contacted wickes customer (dis)services who said they would deal with it.several faxes and phone calls later and two more deliveries i still have 10 pieces missing at no time has wickes bothered to contact me to see if all is ok if you are considering buying a conservatory from wickes expect the worse and you will not be disappointed

Liked - assistant had good knowledge and helpful Disliked - delivery was arrainged 3 wks in advance, arrived within timescale (aug 08), 1 item short, recd mssj from cust svs 2 call to arrange del oncalling noone knew anything about the missing part, several calls to call centre and local store -inverness, i eventually made arrangement was offered some 2wks after first del. NOT happy, all plans/trades times to be changed. Why pre arrange a delivery when all parts are not avail ...how could they run out of oven housing unts!?. i was not advised that there was a part short prior to delivery. Dissappointed will not use again nor recommend. TA bit of "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"!!

horrendous bought a conservatory in february it arrived in march 2 broken windows they where replaced started to build it and the last panel was damaged two cracks hidden behind the shrink wrap phoned the store could not help told to call maker assured new panel two days never arrived floor ruined because of rain had to put roof on to stop further damage phoned constantly staff uselesss they paid for new floor but will not return call aboutdamagedd panel they say they will not discuss it next step small claims court I Would not advise anyone to deal with this bunch of COWBOYS!!! l

I have always shopped at Wickes however recently I had made a customer service complaint to be then rewarded back my delivery cost refunded to my account ( so I thought) however when checked my account online they had taken the cost again rather than refunded it and then took them two weeks before They again made a further error in completing the refund a second time and they then gave a cash refund so I will never use my card in store ever again. I will shop mainly for the goods in store not the Customer Service provided.
