AdvantagesExcellent range of products with excellent discounts. Quick deliveries and returns.

"Wiggle.co.uk is primarily a shop aimed at cyclists but has a wide range of equipment for sale. Wiggle sells numerous products related to cycling, running and swimming. Put the three together and you have a triathlon, wiggle also sell all manner of equipment related to triathlons as well. Wiggle and click

Advantagescompetetive prices, good returns policy, great variety, everything you need under one site

Disadvantagesnot always the cheapest for everything, relying on the post

"Wiggle.co.uk is a great resource for any cyclist, whether you are the down and dirty offroad type, a road racer, or a commuter. This online shop carries everything from cycle components and frames (though not complete bikes) to clothing, shoes, hydration systems, protective gear, panniers, lighting systems, odometers, tools, workstands .. well, you name it, and if it's bike related they will sell it to you securely through their SSL encrypted server. ..." Mixed feelings

AdvantagesHuge range and stock, generally good prices, 'one-stop shop' for bike gear

DisadvantagesPost-sales customer service, not supporting local bike ship

"First of all, I'd better 'come clean' and say that my motivation to register on this site and write this review is the appalling after-sales customer service I've received from wiggle. However, I have placed many orders totalling hundreds of pounds (bike gear for myself and other people), so I will address the advantages to wiggle first. I have only used them for bike things, though they keep expanding into other sport/fitness areas. *ADVANTAGES* -- ..." Read review

For anyone ordering from the US

AdvantagesGot what I wanted in what I'd consider record time.

DisadvantagesReally, none that I can think of.

"OK, I can't comment on everyone's opinion of Wiggle, but here's mine: We have 9 month old twins. I wanted two backpack-like child carriers to hike in - one for me and one for my wife. They didn't need to be the same product for each of us, but they needed to be comfortable enough for both children and adult alike. Reading on the internet, I found that pretty much everyone loved their Deuter Kid Comfort III. So, I looked around for prices. Hands ..." Read review

Wiggle sets the pace

Advantagestop notch service and range of stock, lots of guarantees

Disadvantagesno search facility on the website, not always the cheapest

"This is what internet shopping is all about: speed of service, accuracy of information, detailed product listings, lots of choice, well known brands, convenient and a simple to use website. Wiggle has excels in each of these areas and then some. Wiggle.co.uk is a Portsmouth based online shop specialising in the sale of cycling, running and outdoor clothing gear, as well as spare parts and tools for road, mountain and other bikes. The website ..." Read review

Customer service and product very good.

AdvantagesPrice, customer service

DisadvantagesNarrow range of colour

"...- so much so that wiggle.co.uk has become the first place I look when buying. When the shoes were delivered, I emailed their English offices to explain the problem. They emailed back overnight (my time) and throughout our correspondence always emailed back within 24 hours. In the end I just posted the spare pair of shoes back, and they refunded the money including postage. I received the shoes quickly and they were couriered to my door. While I ..." Read review

Makes the opposition wiggle uncomfortably! (wiggle.co.uk)

AdvantagesHuge product line, dirt cheap, great special offers

"Wiggle is a one stop shop for cycling enthusiasts. It is the website I turn to if I need a product or want to find a price comparison when I look in my local shop. Whether you are a hardcore road rider chugging out 300 miles a week, a mountain biker who loves tearing down hills or comeone who potters about town with their children this site will cater for you. ===Looks=== The site looks quite busy at first with the homepage bringing to your ..." Why pay for postage???

AdvantagesEasy to use, good range of products.

DisadvantagesPostage, price, postage, price - oh, and postage

"Wiggle is without doubt a well designed, easy to use website. I have ordered on there and will order again. Delivery is good but why pay for it??? Other well known mail order sites - no details here of course - are available (just like the adverts for the Radio Times eh?) and are worth hunting out. Wiggle provides a good service but at the premium of having to pay the delivery charge.... OK, so what about the site? It is actually very good. ..." Read review

Quick review of Wiggle.co.uk

"Advantages: Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Disadvantages: No personal communication. I wanted to exchange the received helmet for a larger one. I was a bit nervous about this after having read the differing reviews. The "exchange process" also made me uneasy. Had a bit of a nervous time waiting & wondering whether I would receive a refund & new helmet. I had absolutely NO personal replies to 3 emails explaining that although the users manual was opened, the box damaged (french post), the helmet had not been worn & I was happy to have the inserts and damaged box back. In the end though, I received a new helmet (& inserts) pronto AND after they received my returned helmet, a full refund. All in all, things went well.

Fantastic Website

AdvantagesLoads of products, good prices

Disadvantagesstock can be a bit iffy other than that - NONE

"I have used this website countless times for all kinds of cycle equipment and have so far never had any major problems. They are currently celebrating 10 years of selling and it really is not a bad record - considering how many people were using the internet in 1999. Their range on stock is absolutely huge - there really isn't anything on here that you'll want that they won't have. They have some very competative prices and when their stock is ..." Read review

Super Fast Delivery! Cheapest I Found online! Just Brilliant!

AdvantagesFast Delivery, Cheapest i found online.

"I was very impressed with Wiggle.co.uk and the service they provided. I ordered a Raleigh Swirl 24" bike for my daughter's birthday which I was originally going to buy from Halfords that was until i found it on Wiggle for £35.00 cheaper! plus it was free delivery with the bike ready assembled! If I had bought it from Halfords and got it delivered I would have had to assemble the bike myself! Every bike they sell is assembled and tested before despatch. It ..." Read review

Wiggle needs to do better

AdvantagesHuge selection

DisadvantagesOften out of stock

"There was a time when I would have given Wiggle a rave review - but no longer. Wiggle started off selling cycling components, accessories and clothing but has since expanded into running and triathlon. The impression that I've gained over several years of buying from them is that they specialise in end of line product. It's amazing how many of their lines are out of stock or discontinued and it's not infrequent that you buy something and follow ..." Read review

I am a Wiggler

AdvantagesGood prices, great deals, fast delivery

DisadvantagesNot always the best price, be careful

"I was put onto Wiggle by a friend and fellow biker. I had been out of Mountain biking for many months and was looking to get a few extras for my bike including a new comfy saddle, some tyres etc. Wiggle is an online bike part ordering company. (I think thats the best way to describe it). Despite being aided by my friend on what to buy I found Wiggle's small reviews attached to products really helpful and had plenty of referral to Mountain Bike review ..." Read review

Fast Delivery and Nice Little Touches

AdvantagesVery fast delivery, cheap pricing and free sweets

DisadvantagesI couldn't find any

"I ordered a mens base layer yesterday at 10am and just received it 20 minutes ago, even when I only used the free delivery! I think that this is pretty amazing, especially as I looked around and they had the best prices than anywhere else I found. My item was exactly as they described it and the sizes seem to be accurate as it fits nicely. Also don't think that they only do bike gear as I first thought from some reviews, they seem to do quite a few ..." Read review

appalling after sales

Advantagescheap, well layed out website

Disadvantagesdelivery, after sales service, no phone number

"Wiggle are generally quite cheap so they are very tempting to use. I have used them probably 8 or 9 times over the past few years. But i have given up using them now. This is the 3rd time a delivery has gone wrong. There after sales care (if you can call it that) is a joke. No telephone number to ring, email only and if they do reply it's not what you want to hear. I ordered a product that was shown as in stock and paid for priority despatch ..." Read review
