    Wiggle.co.uk is a great resource for any cyclist, whether you are the down and dirty offroad type, a road racer, or a commuter. This online shop carries everything from cycle components and frames (though not complete bikes) to clothing, shoes, hydration systems, protective gear, panniers, lighting systems, odometers, tools, workstands .. well, you name it, and if it's bike related they will sell it to you securely through their SSL encrypted server.     First of all, I'd better 'come clean' and say that my motivation to register on this site and write this review is the appalling after-sales customer service I've received from wiggle. However, I have placed many orders totalling hundreds of pounds (bike gear for myself and other people), so I will address the advantages to wiggle first.     OK, I can't comment on everyone's opinion of Wiggle, but here's mine: We have 9 month old twins. I wanted two backpack-like child carriers to hike in - one for me and one for my wife. They didn't need to be the same product for each of us, but they needed to be comfortable enough for both children and adult alike. Reading on the internet, I found that pretty much everyone loved their Deuter Kid Comfort III. So, I looked around for prices. Hands down, Wiggle had the lowest price I could find.     I live in New Zealand and for some reason I was sent two identical pairs of Asics running shoes. However their customer service and general processed were very good - so much so that wiggle.co.uk has become the first place I look when buying. When the shoes were delivered, I emailed their English offices to explain the problem. They emailed back overnight (my time) and throughout our correspondence always emailed back within 24 hours. In the end I just posted the spare pair of shoes back, and they refunded the money including postage. I received the shoes quickly and they were couriered to my ... more

    Wiggle is a one stop shop for cycling enthusiasts. It is the website I turn to if I need a product or want to find a price comparison when I look in my local shop. Whether you are a hardcore road rider chugging out 300 miles a week, a mountain biker who loves tearing down hills or comeone who potters about town with their children this site will cater for you. Looks The site looks quite busy at first with the homepage bringing to your attention some of the current deals for the week being the main focus.     Wiggle is without doubt a well designed, easy to use website. I have ordered on there and will order again. Delivery is good but why pay for it??? Other well known mail order sites - no details here of course - are available (just like the adverts for the Radio Times eh?) and are worth hunting out. Wiggle provides a good service but at the premium of having to pay the delivery charge.... OK, so what about the site? It is actually very good.     Advantages: Easy ordering and rapid delivery. Disadvantages: No personal communication. I wanted to exchange the received helmet for a larger one. I was a bit nervous about this after having read the differing reviews. The "exchange process" also made me uneasy. Had a bit of a nervous time waiting & wondering whether I would receive a refund & new helmet. I had absolutely NO personal replies to 3 emails explaining that although the users manual was opened, the box damaged (french post), the helmet had not been worn & I was happy to have the inserts and damaged box back.     I have used this website countless times for all kinds of cycle equipment and have so far never had any major problems. They are currently celebrating 10 years of selling and it really is not a bad record - considering how many people were using the internet in 1999. Their range on stock is absolutely huge - there really isn't anything on here that you'll want that they won't have. They have some very competative prices and when their stock is up to scratch it is very quick service.     I was very impressed with Wiggle.co.uk and the service they provided. I ordered a Raleigh Swirl 24" bike for my daughter's birthday which I was originally going to buy from Halfords that was until i found it on Wiggle for £35.00 cheaper! plus it was free delivery with the bike ready assembled! If I had bought it from Halfords and got it delivered I would have had to assemble the bike myself! Every bike they sell is assembled and tested before despatch.
