After using the original Wii Fit game for about a year, I found the Wii Fit Plus to be a big improvement, and good value at only £20. It automatically transfers all your saved data from the Wii Fit so you don't have to start over. I found the major improvement to be the facility to program a workout, rather than just being able to do individual exercises as before - it means a much better workout overall as you don't have to keep stopping and selecting ...

The new wii fit plus comes with a variety of new games and settings including being able to target specific body areas. This game is a fun extension of the orginal wii fit, it has all the same features with some added extra's so if you don't already have wii fit there's no need to buy it just the wii fit plus and the board.
