Advantages: Good Amount Of Instruments To Play Disadvantages: Very boring, Doesn't Let You play Beats, Just A God Awful Game
...spent weeks trying to get Wii music from Game at a good price, I missed the sale, so the only prices they had left was £34 and there was no way in hell that I was going to buy a game at that price. After a very hectic day, we ended up in a small town whilst my sister was getting her brace fixed, after sitting in the car in a traffic jam for 2 hours to get there (in the heat mind you), we were about ready to pass out in the car, so went for a little ... ...worst games I’ve played on Wii so far. ==What is Wii Music? == Wii Music is free form game for the Wii console which allows the user to simulate playing musical instruments by using the Wii Remote, Nun Chuck and even the Wii Balance Board which came with the Wii Fit. ==How to Play It? ==
To play the game, you don’t need the Wii Balance Board; I myself have not used it yet, because I can’t be bothered to get it out of the cupboard so I have stuck ...

== Wii MUSIC ==
I think that Wii Music is a tricky game to review. When I purchased it for my son at Christmas, I visualised a Christmas with all the family joining in and enjoying the game, somehow that didn't really materialise. I can't really decide exactly what Wii Music is - is it a game, or is it a music sim? For anyone who is looking for a game like Guitar Hero they will be disappointed. I think many people thought that this game would teach ... ...what it is about, Wii Music is actually about the joy of making music. The emphasis seems to lie in having a good time, at the expense of everything else. Whatever you do, you're never told that you did something wrong or given any negative comments at all. What the game actually does is to the Nintendo Wii's motion-sensing controllers to simulate aspects of playing actual instruments. This is done in a couple different forms: Players can "Jam" in ...

Advantages: Learn about instruments Disadvantages: Not interesting enough for me
I love my Nintendo Wii and love playing new and different games on it. I recently played the Wii Music but unfortunately this was one game that I really did not like. Wii music was released in 2008 and allows players to simulate playing with real musical instruments. You use either the Wii remote or the nunchuk to play the instruments. THe disappointment for me was that the instruments were just not realistic enough. For example, I love Wii Sports ... ...playing the game. With the Wii Instruments it did not feel like you had a real instrument in your hands and also the Mii characters on the screen just did not react well to the movements. It was more of a chore trying to play the instruments and I gave up pretty soon after we starting playing the game as I found it quite boring and not that fun unfortunately. The game does offer you quite a wide variety of instruments to play but plaing each of them ...

== Wii Music Review == Well this was a game that I was quite excited about getting and expecting great things from but turned out to really disappoint me! Wii Music was released in late 2008 and I got it for Christmas and it simply is not good enough. I was expecting a great new original game that would be fun to play with friends or family or on your own, a game that was unique, could be played for 5 minutes or 3 hours and above all fun! Wii Music ... ...Nunchuck to play the instruments. The instruments do not feel realistic enough and for instance you can be a dog or cat which is just stupid! The game gets very boring and repetitive after about 30 minutes as it feels unrealistic and just not much fun which was a real disappointment! There are a wide range of instruments but most of them are very similar to others. There are lots of instruments though like guitar, drums, trumpet, piano, sitar and ...

Advantages: Classic songs are thrown in, 60+ instruments, not too hard, value for money. Disadvantages: Songs aren't in their original quality, you need two or more motes and wi-fi for the best in it.
== Wii Music == I got Wii Music when I was in one of my many local town centres. I had some money on my Game Gift Card so I decided to buy Wii Music. Plus, I heard the reviews were very good. (80% Official Nintendo Magazine UK) === Gameplay === You start the game off by selecting a Mii which will represent you. (If you have a Wii, you will know about Miis.) Wii Music is something very new and different compared to what is on the market at the moment. A quick overview might be off putting as it is just a game where you play music. No skill needed and targeted at a much younger audience, an ideal present for a child. With very limited settings you would think this is not worth it's money. You have roughly sixty instruments (I believe) and can use your own mii. Using your own mii means you can see your ... ...you can combine this with wii music and use it as pedal. Also you can make songs, harder and faster. Last but not least, you can save how you played and the songs you make, and make a cover. But it's designed for kiddies, nothing state of the art. The other problem is, This world is becoming so... dependent on technology, why not give the child a real instrument, this isn't anything high-tech, and is just a bit of fun, now you don't even need real ...

Quick review of Wii Music (Wii)
have Wii Music and Rockband 2. and here is what I think...
Rockband is better. This is only because you can play drums, guitar, bass, and sing. I got Wii Music first, and got bored of it very easily.. It's not very fun to play at parties either. 2 good things about it are that iy's cheaper, and you can play more '"instruments" I really suggest getting Rockband 2 instead

...a lot of fun playing Wii Music. I did find the controls a little bit hard at times to get used to, sometimes a little unresponsive while playing the drumming stuff. But i guess this will get better as time goes on.

What a really really good game this is. There is no other game that works on the same principles. The fun i have had playing this with my friends and family is second to none. If you love music you will definitely love this, you get to play up to about 60 different instruments in this game. The game is better played with lots of people for the full effect, its a great laugh for all. The game is similar to the whole rock band and guitar hero thing ...

Advantages: Easy game play and all round good fun! Disadvantages: Takes time to unlock all the features of the game.
When I first played Wii Music I didn't think to much of it, but once I played in for a couple of hours, did some of the lessons, did a few Jam sessions I was well on my way. The controls take a bit of getting use to but if you have a Wii balance board you can take full advantage of the drum mode which is brilliant. Once you have 'jammed' you can save you music videos and even make your own CD covers!. The more videos you save the more songs Wii Music ... ...songs available are a little obscure at first but once you hear the tunes you will know every single one of them. Once you have mastered the 60+ instruments you can play some of the music related games, my favourite was the conductor mode, although I did look a little silly when someone came into the room - all round fun for all ages! Have a go music maestro ...

Advantages: Easy to play, Best played in groups Disadvantages: Long winded introduction
This is what the Wii was made for, fun, laughter and random waving of your arms!! Wii music is never going to be a game where you will be playing it by yourself, it is definately a game to be best played with a group of people. Now to start with you get taken through a tutorial with a slightly annoying little man, it takes a bit more time than it should but you only have to do it once and thats it onto the game.

There is a games section where you can conduct an orchestra, a quiz game and my personal favourite the handbells. The handbell game in itself is worth buying the game for!
Go out and buy the game, it will keep the whole family in laughter and is great for kids, even my 16 month old daughter was seen 'playing' the drums.
I nearly forgot to mention the cats ...

I really enjoy playin this game. I don't play any musical instruments and I think the idea of this is very fun. I never seem to get bored of it either. Its a great group game too. However, if you use it on another machine you have to go through the lessons again which can be quite tedious.

I actually borrowed this game off a friend so I could test what it was like before buying it as I didn't want to spend so much money on a game that I didn't enjoy.
I didn't end up buying it in the end as while the game had its good points I couldn't see it being something that I would continue playing as I was bored of it after just half an hour.
I enjoyed the mini games such as ringing bells to a set tune but once I completed them I didn't really ...
