We purchased this scanner after doing a great deal of research on Automatic Document Feeders (ADF). It was the best available for the money (we paid £299) with a brand name that has a good track record in the document scanning/copying industry.
Initial impressions on receiving the scanner were good, the build quality of the product was excellent, and the packaging was also great.
Installation of the scanner went smoothly, with all drivers and software ... ...action the scanner performs well, with the ADF being a godsend for scanning large numbers of pages at once. The bundled software (paperport) works a treat and can save documents direct to pdf format. As well as this the software enables scanned pages to be imported directly into virtually any application installed on your machine.
