This is described as an affordable replacement to business ink-jet printers by Xerox and i wouldn't argue with that at the price that it is sold at. A colour laser printer that is small and manageable its one of many printers in my workplace and heps churn out the vast amounts of corporate information we provide. Its very easy to use and is compatible with your PC or your Mac. Output is quite low at 4 pages per minute in colour and16 per minute in black and white. Right... The Xerox Phaser 6110... just binned mine. Why? It died. Ok, day one, works ok (bought it second hand, only a couple of months old, it was made in Sept 2008 according to the label on the back). Problem 1: Paper jams like mad Problem 2: It says toner is low a couple of thousand pages before it runs out and refuses to print anymore Problem 3: After 5 months it started making very strange noises, grinding, squealing, rubbing noises but prints the same as ever Problem 4: When one colour runs out, printer refuses to print unless it's changed Problem 5: When remanufactured toner put in ... more
