terrible service, self serving, no decency

For starters it isnt a PLC company anymore, the interest rates that people have written about are all wrong, an instant access account with more than £1 in is currently at 5.25% and it is the goverment who tax, not the bank. Also the bank is a business not a charity and charges are for mistakes that the customers have made!

Absolutely shocking!!! Been a customer for over 30 years and treated dreadfully over the last year. Started a claim for refund of bank charges and will take it ALL THE WAY!!!!!! Looking to move accounts asap. Crippled us with bank charges - they should be closed down - if there was a facility on this site for "NO STARS" that would not be low enough. I am tempted to go to my local radio/newspaper/TV station to expose them

That's not really a question - more of a rant! You either need to move your account to Nat West or complain to Yorkshire Bank about adjusting their opening hours. Try contacting them at http://www.ybonline.co.uk/contact-us/
