    YouTube....wow what a website! Although I'm not certain how long YouTube has been in existence, I'm really sorry that I didn't discover it before somebody recommended it to me a couple of years ago. For the as yet uninitiated, YouTube ( www.youtube.com ) is a website that contains a whole wealth of video clips uploaded by the users for sharing with the world, on every subject you can think of, plus some you can't think of as they are too bizarre.     YouTube, YouTube, YouTube... Where to start? This website was an internet revolution in it's own right when it was launched by three former PayPal employees in February 2005. However, it soared to new heights in November 2006 when it was purchased by Google, and thus had the added bonus of the Google budget, which is enormous (being possibly the highest earning site on the internet), to drive it forward.     A lot of products when I review them I comment on how you might or might not have heard of them, because generally there's going to be quite a few people who have. When it comes to YouTube though this is a completely different situation, because ever since being founded in February 2005 the site has exploded into one of the few websites on the net with a cult status. If you use the net just for Ciao then it could be understandable that you've never came across this video networking site, although those who use the internet as a staple of their lives and a means to communicate between friends ... more

    Youtube, it sounds like a train station or something for youths with attitude problems (YOB's)! It sounds like a youth thing! Something that is banned or not really acceptable.     Youtube; A voyeurs delight, a mothers nightmare Youtube is a perfect example of an oxymoron, that is to say, "everything that makes Youtube great is also what makes it terrible". In short, you can find anything on Youtube and there in lies the problem………….. I put a lot of thought into writing an article about Youtube, mainly because going into a piece of writing, I generally know the outcome of the review…..I either love something or hate it with varying degree's of love or vitriol.     Youtube: The Home of Video Sharing on the Internet Few websites find themselves in my list of most visited websites. Maybe most are poorly designed, difficult to navigate or evolve as expensive subscription based sites. However, there are a number of websites that I find to be truly amazing. Youtube is only one of these, however, I certainly feel it is worthwhile writing about my experiences of this extremely user-friendly website.
