I needed a condenser dryer for moderate family use (I have a 5 year old boy) that actually worked and didn't cost a fortune. This certainly ticked all the boxes. I decided to buy after extensive research into condenser dryers within my price range. The few complaints I have found generally seem to be a result of not reading/following the instructions. It is worth taking a few minutes to do this, the manual is neither long or complicated.
