I had a roof that has leaked in a house that I rent out and water had got in and damaged the ceilings. Zurich have refused to settle the claim saying that the roof was old and had not been replaced. It was not leaking when I bought the property and there is nothing in the policy that says I had to have a new roof to insure me!! Do they not cover houses with old roofs now? No one came to check my roof - they were happy to take my money!!! Dont EVER buy insurance through ZURICH - biggest CON around!!!!!! ...

I cannot get BUPA or Zurich to confirm what the terms will be until 6 weeks before renewal date.
