Last time I used Asda home delivery was nearly one year ago. That time they didn't show up and didn't even bother to phone to tell us what happen. We phoned the customer service twice , waited and waited , still nothing turned up. So we gave up. This time, because all the delivery slots from other supermarkets were all fully booked so we had no choice but to use them again. And it was the begining of the home delivery nightmare all over again!!! ...
...the items were missing. We aldy phoned the customer service three times and still nothing sorted . Here we are going to phone them again, trying to ask for the refund.(I'm not even sure they will do that because it seems that nobody in their customer service bother doing any work for their customers.) Being a full time working mother I use Asda home delivery a lot as I can't face the supermarket on a saturday after being at work all week with two kids moaning that all they want to do is play with their friends. In my opinion Asda is a great place to shop weather online or in the store itself. I think that shopping online is an easy way to get all your shopping done if in a busy life style. From my point of view I feel that sometimes they might not have the product I am looking for online, but 99.9% of the time they have what I am looking for. Well i have just bought my weekly groceries online for the very first time. i must say i do feel very lazy now, the hardest part of this was actualy getting up to get my credit card. the whole thing from start to finish was so easy. first i created an account, then signed in, booked a delivery slot and away i went shopping, in the comfort of my own chair. Back in december of last year my son wanted a psp game so badly i decided to look on the web to find one. I looked on ebay,amazon and all the gaming sites i could find. I had no joy in finding it.
