I have accounts with 20 online bookies and I have found bet365 the best of the lot. They offer far more and far better offers than any of their rivals. Speed of navigation is the best I have seen. Price wise they seem to take their own veiwpoint more often than some of the supposed bigger bookies and if you disagree with them they offer the best value. I have needed to contact customer service three times and on each occassion got my problem dealt ...
...wrong on each occasion but on one case they realised why I might have misunderstood the offer and the returned my stake even though they need not have I also contacted them about a complaint about another online bookie and they showed me how to deal with my grievance.
