They advertise holidays which are not really there, they try to add on as many additional charges as possible, and have horrible customer service. It took me 3 days to speak to someone on their after sales team (huge phone cost). Their sales team speak to you as if you are dirt and deny all responsibility when your tickets do not arrive. We are due to fly next Monday and with no tickets a woman told me to reduce my tone after they were stupid enough to send my tickets to a wrong address. Phoned to book a holiday having seen it advertised online. Obviously have an array of dim, bored, uninterested people in their office. Downright rude when I suggested I might not book straight away - obviously they are employed on a comission basis and are thoroughly disinterested if you sound like you might let their comission escape.
