Advantages Advantages Get to own books for free

Disadvantages Disadvantages You could get addicted.

Neil Cooke and Daron Pike have created a small piece of Heaven in the midst of the Internet. They created this great new site in their spare time following frustration with spending too much hard earned cash on Amazon each week for the books they wanted to read. Designed to recycle the books you own, have read and don't need to keep, this site could potentially save you a lot of money if you are an avid reader. I found Bookhopper through a review on Dooyoo and unlike other book swap sites this one grabbed my attention as you could request books from any member of the site without actually ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages sometimes postage items can be lost

    Advantages Advantages Clear your bookshelves.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not many books listed yet

If you have got some books that you no longer want and would like some different ones to read, then Bookhopper.com could be what you are looking for. It allows you to swap your books, for those listed by other users of the site. This is not achieved by directly swapping books, but works on a kind of credit system. The only cost involved is the postage required to send your books to the people who have requested them. If you think this is something you might be interested in then read on. To exchange books you first need to sign up for the site, which is a straightforward process. Your name and ... more

Bookhopper.com - Join the free book sharing community Having first discovered these swapping sites about 3 months ago, I am now an avid user of readitswapit.co.uk and eswapnow.com but have decided to review them all, in the order that I started using them. All these sites work on the same excellent principal - a free service for users to exchanges books online (and in the case of eswapnow.com DVDs, videos and CDs as well). Signing up to bookhopper.com It is free to register on bookhopper.com and free to request and receive books. The only costs you will incur are posting the books. Due to the ... more
