From Herbal Roots to High Street Boots!

AdvantagesA great place to shop from the comfort and warmth of your own home

DisadvantagesYou have to wait a few days to play with your shopping!

"Boots.com Background to the company. Boots.com is the official website of the famous high street chemist store Boots. They are actually the largest chemist retailer in Europe now, and certainly are the most recognised high street chain within the UK. Everyone knows who Boots are! They have over 1,500 stores across the UK, but more and more are finding customers switching to their website to make orders. This review covers the website only ..." Read review

I Pretty Much Gave Boots Online Store the Boot

AdvantagesEasy to place orders

DisadvantagesNot responsive to customer complaints

"I'm a great fan of internet shopping - it's great for those of us who hate braving the crowded shops at lunchtimes, queuing for ages, going to buy something specific and not finding it and feeling annoyed that you've wasted a big part of your lunch break. Boots is one of those shops where I tend to do most of my cosmetics and beauty product shopping. When I found out several years back that Boots had an online site, I was pretty much over the ..." Top Marks for Boots Online Shopping

AdvantagesEasy to navigate, wide range of products, fast deliveries

DisadvantagesDoesn't have everything you can find instore

"Firstly, I would like to mention that the new official address of the Boots site is www.boots.com, however, the site can still be accessed by typing boots.co.uk, or wellbeing.com. Boots, for me, has always been the first place to look for cosmetics, toiletries, and gifts, and I have always felt that Boots is the best place for high quality and good value products, so it will come as no surprise to you that I love shopping online at boots.com. The ..." Read review

Boots for Total Wellbeing

AdvantagesGood quality, wide range, easy to navigate site, good customer service

DisadvantagesNone

"...know that it's called wellbeing.com, boots.co.uk would be the first logical thing to try. The site loaded quite quickly, and as the homepage came up, the first things i saw were the Boots logo, and a banner ad, atop an almost minty green background. The colour works well within the design of the site, and helps to create an effective overall feel to the site. The next thing i saw was the navigation bar, which has all the links you would need ..." Read review

I thought You Meant "Wellies" (Boots)

AdvantagesDelivery Service, Easy To Use Site, Fantastic Offers

DisadvantagesNot Got Everthing Thats In Their Stores

"I decided to use Boots.com, which it is now known, for the first time when I realised that due to my various and awkward shifts at work I would not be able to go out shopping in order to buy my Dad a father’s day present this year. But with the amount of time I spend on the internet I thought that there must be some site on there that I can use. So I started hunting through various online shopping sites and came across this one. I usually buy my ..." Read review

The Lazy Shopper's Guide to Boots.co.uk

AdvantagesVery easy to use, huge selection of products

DisadvantagesI actually can't think of any!

"Wellbeing.com is a fantastic resource on the Net. Not only for beauty shopping as its range of services goes well beyond that. It contains useful advice on a wide area of topics as well. I came across this site by accident, I was looking for boots (shoes) on the internet and stumbled across boots.co.uk, and actually ended up almost clearing their stockroom in one go! The site is very nicely laid out, it is very easy to find what you are looking ..." Read review

DisadvantagesV-e-r-y s-l-o-w

If you buy anything between now and June 26th you get FIVE TIMES normal points on your purchase, plus you automatically go into a prize draw for £1500 worth of Reebok home gym equipment, and if your order's over £20 they throw in ..." Its better than Superdrug, put it that way...

AdvantagesSee Opinion

DisadvantagesSee Opinion

"With the recent disappointment of www.superdrug.com, which many of you may recall was the subject of one of my deleted opinions, I was glad to find that apart from the well being site, boots owned their own online store as well. Then I realised that the well being site is the boots site - dozy me!!! Boots first started in the late 1800's and was started by Jesse Boot - if only she was here now. Since then the company has expanded beyond belief, ..." Read review

Give it the Boot...

AdvantagesWell stocked site

DisadvantagesTerrible service

"...I was thrilled to discover boots.co.uk ! This ment I could get the things I needed without the pain and hassle of trying to go into town. Their selection of products is good, ranging from toiletries to gifts. They also have some great offers. Their website has a clean look, with things well sectioned in drop down menus. Its easy to navigate the site , although sometimes it is easy to get a bit lost, just from the sheer size of the sites product ..." Read review

Poor Service, No Customer Care

AdvantagesWide Range of Products

DisadvantagesPages slow to load up

"Placed an order on 11th February, and was told it would arrive by 16th February. When nothing turned up I phoned and they said they would email the warehouse, which I was later told never happened. Waited another week and phoned again and once again they were apologetic and promised to expedite the order and refund the postage. I also emailed them and the replied simply said they were processing the order. How long does it take to take something off ..." Read review

One of the best online shop I've used... ever!!

AdvantagesGood Prices, Excellent Customer Service, Fast Delivery, the list goes on!

DisadvantagesWould prefer to not send you something instead of wait until it's in!

"I will be reviewing Boots.com, formerly known as wellbeing.com. It is the Boots website, and almost everything sold in store is sold online, which I think is the first advantage of this online shop. - There are too many online stores that don't sell half the stuff that they do in the shops! You can literally get everything that they sell in Boots stores, apart from prescription drugs! If you have read any of my other reviews, you will see that ..." Read review

Why I Hate Boots.com

Advantageseasy to shop

Disadvantagesrange available, too many forms

"Having made the quite momentous decision to change from disposable nappies to cotton [due to the guilty feeling produced by watching 'No Waste Like Home' a couple of weeks ago] we set off virtuously to the large Boots in our nearest city to pick up everything we'd need. Some use they were! They did have some cotton nappies, but only two out of the three sizes available and only a couple of these. We have a three month old and a twenty-one month old ..." Read review

Pull ups

AdvantagesJust like pants and reasonable cost

Disadvantagesnone

"Boots pull ups are a great peace of mind they come in various sizes and are £2.99 for a pack of 16. They are really strong and the elasticated waist isn't too tight. The idea of them is that once your child starts to potty train then you put them in these and if they have an accident then it will soak it up like a nappy but you can pull them up and down like pants. They come with a pretty design on them so the kids think they are great. They are just ..." Read review

Boots.co.uk. Do they know its christmas?

AdvantagesEasy to use website

DisadvantagesDon't keep you informed of changes to delivery

"...placed an order online at Boots.co.uk on the morning of 14th December, having gone through the checkout process I received an e mail confirming delivery would be on or before 22nd December. No problems there I though, that was the date the website quoted. During the weekend I decided to log back on to the website to check the order status expecting to see the order as being in transit. Instead I found that the delivery date had been put back ..." Read review
