    Some time ago I was looking at this site looking for ideas as to how I could supplement my earnings via the Internet. I lost count of the number of reviews which I read where the writer had commented that it was a brilliant site where you could earn good money, and they were waiting for their first payment to arrive !!. I’m sorry but surely you can only pass judgement on how good money making sites are once you have err actually received financial reward so frankly I took most of these with a pinch of salt.     Bux.to Bux Scam? To be quite honest I am only writing this review because I noticed in our recent newsletter that a review of Bux.to was given a diamond award. Could it have told the truth thinks I? I read the relevant review and then looked at the others for Bux.to. Now I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Diamond award was warranted (it was a wonderfully crafted review) however both in that particular review and all the others for Bux.to I have to say that my experience could not possibly be more different.     WHY DID I JOIN? I just thought I'd quickly introduce my situation so as to give an insight into why I joined Bux. As a first year undergraduate, I'm fairly stretched for cash and last summer, in anticipation of starting university I was looking for ways to make some nice income.     The first thought about any such site its a SCAM. But as a CIAO member i can say opposite. Its not. Websites such as Bux.to use whats called a incentive based marketing system. The incentive being You get paid. Once you sign up you are provided with a minimum of 16 website links. Your job is to click each of the links and view the website for 30 seconds. There is a counter on the top left that tells you when your 30 seconds is up - and you can move on - and click more. For each Website link you click you will earn $0.01.     Bux.to is an online ad clicking site which boasts to pay you for clicking. I joined Bux.to in 2008 after reading and trusting a review written very comprehensively by a Ciao & Dooyoo member who later received a diamond & Crown respectively (cash award/recognition) for their writing. At the time I joined Bux.to there were very few solid reviews which did not back this business. Most on review sites such as Ciao and Dooyoo told of people receiving their payments for clicking the ads.     Advantages Advantages Flexible and ever changing Terms of Service. Very good Ponzi scheme!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Slow payments. Ponzi Scheme trap. Frustrating experience with both main site and the forum area.

    SITE: bux.to MEMBER SINCE: 06/2008 BEWARE OF HOLLOW PROMISES: Bux.to terms of service state that they are exempt from paying you within their own terms of serivce, the 'TOS' state that you should be paid within 60 days. While the above payment process may have been the case when Bux.to first appeared, it is no longer applicable. Current users have been waiting up to and over a year for small (almost useless) payments of $10. There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people stuck in an ever growing payment que.     Advantages Advantages Gave me a happy feeling when it SEEMED that I was making some money on the internet.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages They don't pay!!! Dont' trust them. And the ratings on the side are true, but they never pay!!!!!

    Bux.to is a scam. I'm sorry to break it to you. At first i thought it wasn't too. But i have now had $80 waiting to be paid to me for over 3 years. I know there is some processing to be done, but COME ON!?! 3 years. They clearly don't pay. When i started off it all seemed good. They had plenty of ads to click each day, and they seemed to have endless amounts of members on the forum boating how quickly they pay, and how it has "funded their holiday" etc. There were referrals to buy and everything looked up.     I have tried many paid-to-read websites and realized that many are scams. But after much research, Bux.to seem to be highly recommended. So I went visiting the site and decided to join it. Initially, I am pretty impressed by the number of ads available for me to click. Some days, there were more than 30 over ads. This is considered a lot because some sites have less than 10 ads on a single day. Of course, there are days where there are few ads.     PTC stands for "Paid-to-Click". However, in this case you aren't. Bux.to (claims to) pays you 0.01 US Dollars for each advertisement you click. The only problem is, they don't pay out. I have had a fully legitimate account awaiting payout for at least a year and haven't seen even a glimmer of hope of getting the money. After having asked on their forum when I was going to be paid, my question was deleted shortly. Having searched the internet for others who have used Bux.to, I found that some old members are owed in the thousands while some newer members are paid, but only in small amounts ... more
