That rate has now declined as have all others, although it is tough to work out exactly what it is because of the way earnings are calculated, but I would say that it is only $0.01-$0.02/hour. A few years back there was a flood of pay to surf programs available, however nearly all of them have since disappeared and many didn't actually pay as they promised. Cash Fiesta is one of the few surviving programs left and they have got a reputation for paying out. As a new member, you need to download the Fiesta Bar. I have been using this program for the last half an hour and already I had to wake up the little cartoon (icon) 6 times. Sometimes it appears to be obvious why the icon is sleeping (there are no ads to view). However, it appears to be sitting idle even when there are plenty going on. I stumbled accross the Cashfiesta program while looking for a second advert bar as oppossed to alladvantage. The $.60 unlimited hours pay rate was instantly attractive as I am a heavy internet user. The bar is Different and impressive, and the idea of having the points tick over while you watch is a great idea because you know exectly when you are making money and when you are not. I signed up for CashFiesta about 4-5 months ago, and what a waste of time this was. When i first signed up I had to wait about 2 months because they never had their FiestaBar ready, then after the wait I recieved a email telling me the FiestaBar was ready to download, well after reading their promises (payouts around 60-70 cents a hour I was looking forward to trying to earn some cash. CashFiesta looks like is firmly back on track at long last and it is a pleasure to see fat boy running about again. I have been with CashFiesta for 3 months now and am awaiting my first fat boy cheque. Often I have found the service to be a little slow but on average you can clock up about 400 points per hour. Cashfiesta sounds like any other get paid to surf programme, members download the paid to surf bar and as long as your are connected to the interney you get paid. Well thats the story you are told, in reality the view bar is never available to download as it is constantly being upgraded, if you are one of the few members that do get it do not expect to get paid. Cashfiesta is one of the better "paid to surf" programmes. It at least tells you exactly when you are earning, and best of all, tells you on the viewbar how many referrals you have (unlike any other programme I have come across). Cash Fiesta is a cracking idea for a pay as you surf scheme. The advert bar is rock solid. They pay for unlimited hours per month which is good for big scale surfers like myself. Another good point about this is that you dont need to have IE loaded or anything like that, as long as your connected to the internet you can have the little fiesta man walking and thus clocking up points. As any pay to surf site, it is well laid out and joining is ridiculously easy. You give your name and email address and then just download the ad-bar. Even a five-year old could do it.
