Confusing / conflicting product entries, misleading / incorrect stock information, evasive & uncooperative customer service. Clearly, the people writing these reviews about CD-WOW have never had the pleasure of having to use their customer service, which is none-existant. Yes, they sell cheap CD's, DVD's etc, but if you have a problem with a damaged order like I did, you have little or no chance of getting it resolved. I have ordered a number of CD of CD WOW and since it was taking over last year i have all my orders take at lease a month to arrive, i have cancled 3 of my orders and even another order today has been canceled by my request, there customer service is awful, the usual auto responce. If you take note of the dates for the wonderful reviews you'll see that they are all reviewing the cdwow of the past. Sadly the new CD-Wow falls flat on it's face in pretty much all areas. It's out with the telephone line customer service and in with the email address for problems. Sadly the email system uses automated replies so you never seem to get anywhere. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CD WOW You will be lucky if you ever receive anything. They never have any stock. They will not inform you of that fact until you complain about the delay and lack of communication from them. Initially thought that this company offered a great service - always had in stock items which were unavailable on other sites and offered worldwide delivery. From ordering a couple of items from this site - I realise that I was wrong. One item I ordered in Dec 07 still had not arrived by mid-Feb 08 - after emailing a few times before I had not heard anything and on my final email they said they were out of stock and refunded me...I'm unsure as to why they couldn't have told me this sooner? I have been using this site for many years and on the whole find them to be extremely helpful and usually amongst the cheapest sites available on line for cds and dvds. However recently I have pre-ordered 2 DVDs 'Atonement' ordered on the 20th January 2008 for a release date of the 4th February and Stardust on the 29th January for a 25th February release. Needless to say the 4th February duly arrived with no DVD and it was not until later that night ...

Absolute rubbish. No stock and they don't bother telling you when you order - you have to chase the order and then you find out they haven't despatched it. Don't bother - spend a couple of quid more and get decent service from someone else. Ordered DS game 2 weeks before Xmas and had to cancel it to avoid letting niece down.
