    Advantages Advantages Lovely fruit flavour within the drink..

    Disadvantages Disadvantages The Vimto flavouring is far too over-powering, and it has a 'false' taste..!

    I have been a bit run down and unwell over the past couple of weeks and I have found my appetite lacking as a result. This has meant that I've been feeling a bit dehydrated and so my husband brought in a selection of fruit juices and soft drinks from our local grocery store to encourage me to increase my intake of fluids, hoping it would make me feel a bit better. Many of the juices that he bought were fruit based, and slightly more 'natural' in their content, but there were a few fizzy and soft drinks in the selection too.     Advantages Advantages A refreshing summer drink.

    ~Cherry Vimto~ I popped around to my local shop in search of some refreshments for the BBQ we were having and I spotted Vimto on offer (two, two litre bottles for £1.50) so I purchased one bottle of original Vimto and one bottle of Cherry Vimto and pottered off home with my purchase. Upon opening the bottle I was greeted with a carbonated whiff of Vimto with a hint of cherries.     Advantages Advantages I bought it cheap, great for people who love really sweet drinks

    Disadvantages Disadvantages No real flavour of cherries, too sweet for me by far

    I absolutely love carbonated soft drinks and yes I know they are not particularly good for us but still a little of what you fancy does us all good eh! I love Vimto and had yet to try this one out so when I spotted it for 39p in my local B & M store for a 330ml sized can I treated myself to a couple of them.     Advantages Advantages Gives original Vimto a brilliant new twist!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not for you if you don't like cherry!

    This is a relatively new addition to the market; the same Vimto taste that you have come to know and love but given an extra special Cherry twist! And you know what? I am going to go on record in saying that I REALLY like this! A quick browse of reviews so far for this product on Dooyoo indicate that whilst one reviewer shares my opinion, the other two couldn't stand this! That is a shame as I think this product has so far been grossly misrepresented!     The product i am now going to review is the new drink from Vimto which is called Cherry Vimto. the label is a cherry red colour with a red bubble with the drink name cherry vimto in a red colour the rest of the writing is in white so you can read it. It has different fruits at the side of the bubble but the cherry stand out. The nutrition per 100 mls Energy 109kj 26 kcals protein trace carbohydrate 6.3g fat trace when you have a drink it has the lovely taste of the normal vimto but after you get the lovely cherry taste which stays in your mouth for a few minutes after but i would have to say ... more

    I popped over to my mums house recently and all she had to drink was this 2 litre bottle of cherry vimto. Definitely not my first choice but with nothing else available I decided to down it with my dinner. The drink is what I assume the fizzy version of vimto but in a "cherry" flavour. It is weird as it smells like vimto, but obviously just carbonated but it doesn't have a particular cherry taste at all! The drink isn't very refreshing and with each glass I poured it just made me more thirsty, and since this was all that was in the house it simply meant I had to drink more - thus the circle ... more
