I was inspired to write this after reading the last op. Whilst I appreciate the sentiments, I have to say loudly that Chips have been faultless in every way in my personal experience. Ok...I was looking for Puzzle Quest on Nintendo DS and came across Chips (which happened to have them 'in stock' on their website), I'd heard a lot about chips prior to my purchase so I thought well why not give it a try? Chipsworld have a great choice of all console games and more and i have shopped with them for many years,There service was very fast indeed,but have slowed down as late. Where i would get the game in a day,expect it more with in 4 days.there second hand prices are very high on some games,so be ware and check you local prices first. There biggest problem is they do not update there website,so you could order a few second hand games and then be e-mailed to say they have none in stock,which can be very frustrating. They had a good price for the N64 passport 3 cartridge but while looking around the site some of their prices were incredibly high with no discount. Unsurprisingly I never bought anything else from them. They might have the nicest friendlest customer service in the world but I'd rather have the spare change in my pocket. My passport order was delivered fairly quickly, was exactly as expected and well packaged. No problems at all.
