The booking in process is very friendly and professional. But, the service and after sales is not. I had two properties that needed cleaning and booked them both through CHL. The staff turned up on time and although they turned up en-masse, within 10 minutes there were only two people left cleaning as the rest had gone away. Job was very average and I am missing an unused laptop since the cleaners were in. Can't prove it, so didn't complain but it is the only logical explanation. HORRENDOUS SERVICE! Please please don't take on this company - they are scam artists. I chose the deep clean service & oven clean. It was diabolical, rushed and quite frankly I could have done a better job myself in 10 minutes (as opposed to the 2 hour service - although he left after an hour). He also locked himself into the bathroom for 40 minutes which was a little disconcerting.... Plus the company themselves are awful to deal with & the cleaner didn't speak any English.
