    I encountered this online retailer whilst looking to buy an R4 Evolution card for my NDS. Clickshop.com (hereafter referred to as "the shop") is an online retailer of specific electrical goods. The shop is based in South Glamorgan and from what I can tell it sells exclusively online with no physical premises. *************** Home page *************** The shop contains products under the categories of Audio, Computing, Gadgets, Gaming and Memory.     I found clickshop.com to be excellent for both value and service. Some other etailers offer great prices but you get let down on the service however after being recommended by a friend I believe clickshop.com combines great value prices with excellent customer service. Confirmation emails let me know exactly were my order was up to and the item arrived very quickly.

    Bought 2 r4 revolution cards had a problem with a pen drive ,but on bringing it to the shops attention they sent out a new one out for free ,and quickly.When they sent the r4s i had little expierience of formatting them again i contacted the shop ,they directed me to a site and it was explained , easy enough even for me to do it correctly. Maybe the the customer services could do with some tweeking ,especially answering emails , but all in all ,and comparing them with my other on line shopping i would give them 7 out of ... more

    My experience with clickshop was very positive and as for ordering online and the time it took for me to receive the product very positive as well. I ordered the R4DS it's an excelente product my daughter is over the moon, I would recommend this product to anyone with a DS.

    I have received 17 items on 3 orders from clickshop.com and have found them to be excellent to deal with. On one occasion, I was missing 1 item from an order but they promptly sent a replacement after I contacted them by email. I also found them to be very good at keeping you informed via email of any delays etc. I will definately buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    My experience with clickshop.com was very pleasant and my r4 card arrived in good time but again with no cd. This is not a problem as they have links on their site to download the software. You cant complain on postage costs as this is the standard price that is charged on all other sites. Overall i am happy with Clickshop.Com and will use them again.

    NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM CLICKSHOP.I ordered from CLICKSHOP DS TT 4GB. The order arrived in 2 days but there were no instructions provided and to my horror after sales did not exist, you e-mail your enquiry! As for returns in the same condition as arrival you pay the return post also, all items incur a 10% restocking fee and £3 processing fee, daylight robbery.

    I ordered a toy for my son two weeks before his birthday and the goods did not arrive, after numerous emails to customer services department and many promises of resending the item I gave up and asked for a full refund, They said they'd give me a refund and almost a month after they promised a refund I have received nothing. Luckily I bought this with a credit card and so will do a charge back for goods undelivered. Do not purchase anything from this company and they are completely untrustworthy.     I ordered an item 04 Feb 2013 and messaged the site on 12 Feb asking if it had shipped. Said would check and get it sorted. Messaged again 04 March, got excuse that their stock was damaged, more arriving end of week. Messaged 14 March saying if not shipped by 15 March, please refund; was promised goods and refund. Messaged 02 April, gave deadline of 5 April to refund or ship else I will initiate chargeback; responded with refund was issued (it wasn't) and could I verify last four digits of card used.
