Have used dialaflight several times for flights, accommodation and insurance. My wife (who used to be a travel agent) is notoriously difficult to please and generally despairs of the quality of advice offered by most online (and indeed high street) agencies but she recommends dialaflight very highly. Strength is that you actually get to speak to a person with experience of travel when you call. I purchased a flight from UK to Bangkok and a return from Kuala Lumpur from Dialaflight. As an after-thought I checked the Emirates' own website (the airline I was flying with), to compare prices. ( a few minutes later) Expecting to see that I had saved money - I found out that Dialaflight had overcharged me for tickets I could have got cheaper directly from the airline. I contacted Dial a Flight as ad on the site promised good price to KL (Malaysia) but the only way to get tickets was to call directly. And over the phone price was higher. They done nasty trick: first ticket was at low price but I needed 3 of them so N2 and N 3 been more expensive so in general price was .... well, not what expected. In the last 12 months I have visited Savannah, Georgia twice. On both occations I went with dial a flight, I find dialaflight to be cheap and realiable which i find refreshing. the first time I used this company I was unsure about using an internet based company however to my suprise they had done exaclty what I had asked of them. I got a flight to Savannah Georgia for about £430 this included Insurance and all the taxes, they got my tickets to me ontime and when i called to book the tickets they were extreamly helpful.
