I recently (4/12/09) bought an LG LCD TV 42sl9000 from these guys. I completed my on-line purchase for £1026 which included £5.50 P+P ex VAT. I then received a phone call demanding an extra £23 P+P or they'd make no profit apparently. I reluctantly coughed up the extra. I have since sent 2 emails asking for an explanation but had no reply. I bought a Sapphire 1gb Radeon 4890 Vapor-X which was out of stock on many other sites or quite pricey. Firstly I want to get the "bad" part of the review out of the way: simply a delay in communication. I think if digital-fusion gave an immediate update in order status i.e. order placed, packaged, dispatched etc I would have been more at ease. Another issue is that it's probably worthwhile noting that they used City-Link but this isn't in the FAQ ...
