I ordered a double bass case and a couple of other bits, but the crucial part was to get the case in time before leaving because i had to take it with me. The order was placed on December 3rd... This company are a nightmare to deal with. They offered me next working day delivery at extra cost, which I accepted, unfortunately, to this company, next working day delivery actually means at least 4 working days delivery.I ordered my things on 17th feb, now 22nd feb & they have still not arrived. I have contacted their 'customer services dept' & been fobbed off.DJM music claim that it is not their fault as the guitar I was buying gets sent direct from the manufacturers, I accept this can sometimes be the case, but why then did they offer me, and charge me for next working day ... more

I ordered a Tiger music stand late one Thursday afternoon and it arrived 10am the next morning!! Now that's what I call superb service. The quality of the stand was far greater than I expected considering the amazing low price. In the past I have purchased well known branded stands, but this tiger stand certainly looks far bulkier than those. I look forward to gigging with this stand. Looks like it will last a few years which is fantastic. I would highly recommend DJM to all of my musical friends!! and to any one else that reads this.
