Advantages Advantages Never leave your chair again! Excellent customer service, Great pizza.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Very high prices

I decided to check out dominos.co.uk a couple of weeks back, having spent some hundreds of pounds on phone orders. I was greeted by a non-intrusive flash intro - if there's one thing I hate about websites, its long flash intros with no skip options. The site itself offered the standard fare; games, corporate information, menus... what interested me was the 'online order' option which I didn't know existed. I promptly tried to sign up, only to find that my postcode "wasnt in my stores delivery area" - I knew this to be wrong, as I'd ordered before. I emailed Dominos, and was surprised to ... more

Advantages Advantages Piping hot, quick delivery, order online

    Disadvantages Disadvantages stingy with meatballs

Not even moving from you sofa to get your food is absolutely fantastic. After debating on what to eat last night, we finally agreed on Pizza. It was one of those days where the weather is bad and you don't want to do nothing at all, least of all cook and least of all venture out into the wet to go fetch a take away. Decisions I always find difficult at the best of times, but when the conclusion was PIzza, the next decision was where from. Looking through various menu's etc, we decided to look on line at whats on offer and Domino's won by all accounts. I haven't had a dominoes pizza for ... more

Advantages Advantages Delicious, can be custom made, convenient

Disadvantages Disadvantages Fattening and slightly expensive

My husband and I have been regular customers of Dominos for about 10 years and for most of that time have been ordering them over the internet as well as by phone. We normally have pizzas delivered but there is also the option of collecting them from the store. It is fairly straightforward to order online and you can register with the site as well so that you don't have to keep inputting your details and it is fairly quick to order the same as you had last time. If you spend more than a certain amount (possibly £10) you get the option of adding a freebie (garlic pizza bread or chicken ... more

    Advantages Advantages None

Disadvantages Disadvantages No Delivery, Overpriced, Poor Quality

I've always been a person who likes to try something new that's until I used Domino's Pizza. I visited the website around 7pm, an hour after the shop had opened. I spent a few minute deciding on my order happy to see I got something for free because I spent over £12. I sent my order and I waited for the deliverymen. 8pm and I'm still waiting. I don't know how long the company takes so I decided to give it a little while longer. It got to 9pm and I decided to call the store. The phone rang for at least a minute before an out of breath man picked up the phone. I asked about my order and he went ... more

Advantages Advantages Simple to order, good variety

Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive, food can make you very bloated/feel unwell

There's no denying that a pizza once in a while is nice - even nicer is to have it delivered to your door. But for the ultimate in pizza ordering, being able to sit at your computer and decide what it is you want to eat and drink is definitley the best! ORDERING PROCEDURE ONLINE ------------------------------------------------- Put simply, the ordering process has three steps: 1) Enter your postcode. This determines what the nearest store is, which in turn may alter the menu that you are able to alter from. 2) Select your food. At this stage you are confronted by a four tabbed menu, reading ... more

Advantages Advantages Simple, quick, great quality, amazing service and initiative for a fast food joint

Disadvantages Disadvantages More expensive than other similar takeaways

When it comes to ordering my Friday night "stress relief" takeaway, I am spoilt for choice where I live. Many places nearby are your typical local-nice-cheap-but-tacky one off joints, with poorly spelt menus (you know the ones). Great food, not so great grammar. I tried Dominos at first as they were doing a special pizza with American mustard on (at least it sounded nice), and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Even though I find that Dominos usually costs 1.5 times as much as the other choices in the East End, I keep going back for more. Dominos.co.uk is by far the best online pizza ... more

Advantages Advantages Easy to order, extremely friendly drivers, value for money and a life saver with kitchen disasters

Disadvantages Disadvantages Forget about your diet!

Picture the scene, You'r ovens suddenly broken down on you, you have friends due round in a matter of hours, what will you do? their expecting food and drinks so who you gonna call?? DOMINOS! perfect for last minute disasters, you can text your order, call them or go online. I prefer online as its alot easier to work out, and come on lets face it, who remembers the menu word for word or wants to hear some bored teenager repeat it over and over? The website is perfect, all the choices promotions and even competitions! its hard to go on and just buy a pizza, This weekend me and my family took ... more

    Advantages Advantages Nice pizza

Disadvantages Disadvantages Terrible customer service! Expensive

Dominos is one of the best known pizza companies on the high street and I felt it had a great reputation until yesterday but I’ll talk about that part later in the review. The company offers mainly pizzas, but they now do sides like wedges and dips along with dessert and drinks. They also offer a make your own pizza where you can choose the topping however you have to pay an extra amount per ingredient after cheese and tomato. There pizzas are overall very tasty with a nice thick and chewy base which is generally cooked really well and not over done like some shops do. Plus they come with dips ... more

Advantages Advantages dont have to interact with dominos staff, same great food, easily find discount codes

Disadvantages Disadvantages people may be worried about them storing your information

Dominos pizza online ordering service is simply great, mainly because you dont have to interact with their staff (see my dominos pizza review). When you first load the site you are presented with a page asking you to enter your postcode, i assume this is so they can figure out which dominos takeaway they should use to create your order and hence any special offers and stock levels at that takeaway. When you press enter you get a screen saying \"FOUND YOU!\" and listing information about your local takeaway. You then get to order your pizza which is a very simple excercise as you just scroll ... more

    Advantages Advantages theyre online

Disadvantages Disadvantages burnt pizza, small boxes, high charges, just poor

Sat at home bored 'god im hungry' Still bored ' i mean proper hungry' bored bored bored 'HUNGRY!' Get the idea? LOL so on I go and have a scout round. Not being an advocate of health over food at this particular time of night, I spot Dominos Pizza as my closest takeaway. First you register, and for what it is, what a nit picky process simply to get a pizza ordered! After about 15 minutes, they finally let you into their menu! Starters, pizzas etc, all laid out nicely, with a description and a piccie, and the sizes and price. Not too shabby. So I run through the menu and pick the things I want ... more
