I have visited the Eclipse shop in Coventry a few times and the counter staff are helpful, but I had one small problem when fitting a Seasonic PSU - my case did not have any screws that fit the PSU. Seasonic failed to tell me the screw size, but claimed thet the screws should have been in with the PSU, and they were not. I then emailed Eclipse several times - quoting my invoice number etc, and have had NO replies through email what so ever... This ...

It appears that Eclipse Computers have managed to let my credit card details out into the open. I have just had a call from my CC co. querying a number of transactions that have taken place recently which I didn't make.. needless to say these have been denied and the card cancelled. One issue remains though - these transactions were on the secondary card, and the ONLY place that card has been used was for an order from Eclipse Computers (the fact that Eclipse Computers didn't have the items in stock and took nearly two months to refund the card is irrelevant - read the other reviews and you'll see that's normal). Although I can't prove anything, I'd advise others to be wary. ...

If you want the detail of my experience then read on, however I'm really echoing the comments of others here, i.e. STEER CLEAR OF ECLIPSE-COMPUTERS ! Ordered a Epson Printer on The 14th of the month, The printer was shown as normally in stock. When the printer failed to turn up 2 weeks later i emailed Eclipse, after waiting 7 days for a reply i decided to telephone them. Took over 10 minutes to get through only to be told by a rather disinterested opperative that the printer was out of stock but on order, they could not give a date when they would have it in stock. POOR AT BEST.
