First of all sorry for my bad English. I ordered a Brabantia trash bin some days ago the shipping was very very fast but unfortunately when I received it was a small , but very evident, dent on the surface caused by something sharp during the transport procedure. The customer service arranged a replacement for me in no time in a very professional and easy way , without asking me additive costs. The communication was easy as they answer very very fast at my email. I heard about this new soup maker in good housekeeping magazine and thought I really want one of those! After a google search electricshopping came up with it and at a good price. I pre-ordered one and and even before I was expecting it to arrive, it got to my doorstep well packed. The instructions are easy to follow and its working away as i type this. electricshopping have been lovely to deal with.
