I had a big problem with Esure - when someone went into the back of my new car (yes really!) I had to get the car repaired at a main dealer so that the warranty was uneffected. Here's the backdrop. Am mid 30s, have been driving since 17, no claims, usual family car (Mazda) etc etc BUT, have only had insurance in the UK since '93. So the insurers a field day even though I have driven in the US, Sweden and Asia. Still, no claims in the UK.
